What's the cutoff for same-day delivery?
Order before 2pm Monday through Saturday and we'll deliver the same day within our local zone. Orders after 2pm can be booked for the next day, or any date up to three months ahead.
What if a flower is out of season?
We work with what's at its peak. If a stem isn't at its best, our florist will swap it for something equally beautiful in the same color palette and tell you before it ships.
How long will my bouquet last?
Every bouquet comes with our 7-day freshness guarantee. Trim the stems, change the water every two days and keep them away from fruit bowls and radiators.
Do you do weddings and events?
Yes. From intimate dinners to 300-guest weddings. Tell us about your day through the enquiry form and we'll send a mood board within 48 hours.
Can I include a handwritten card?
Always, and it's free. Add your message at checkout and we'll write it by hand on recycled cotton paper.
